Solicitor Principal, Louise Moore, heads a staff which is a dedicated team of local people.

Following her admission to practice in 1998 she continued to work for GP Evans & Englert as Associate Solicitor and later as Senior Associate with Lindsay Moore when the Condobolin Office became Moore & Co Solicitors in 2002.
Louise became Principal of Moore & Co Solicitors in January 2016, just prior to the untimely death of Lindsay Moore.

Conveyancing Assistant/General Office Manager
Janelle Malouf
Janelle joined the firm in 1995 when it was GP Evans & Englert. She has gained much experience in all aspects of our Practice. However, her main interest is in conveyancing and that is where most of her work is concentrated. Janelle also handles most of the general day-to-day problems associated with running a business.
Janelle is an appointed Justice of the Peace for New South Wales. This qualification enables her to witness documents being signed under oath requiring a qualified witness, such as Statutory Declarations and Affidavits and to attend to the certification of documents as true copies.
Janelle is often the first point of contact you will have with us when buying, selling or leasing real estate. She works closely with our Principal and is able to up-date clients on the progress of the matters through all stages of a transaction to completion.
Book Keeper
Jan Lewis
Jan has kept the books at 52 Bathurst Street, Condobolin since 1972 when she commenced working for our predecessors FH Hall & Son.
Jan looks after our general account and trust account as well as our debtors system. She competently ensures that we are compliant with the legal strictures involved in conducting a solicitor’s trust account. Her ability and experience is invaluable and she is a vital part of our team.
Office Assistant/Probate Clerk
Cherie Sealey
Cherie joined Moore & Co Solicitors in 2015 and has become a very important member of our staff. Prior to coming to work for us she had many years’ experience working in office administration and for several years was employed as a legal secretary.
Cherie handles a lot of the administrative work involved in the carriage of our deceased estate matters. She also attends to much of our general office work and is likely to be the person who will answer the phone. She deals with initial enquiries and will efficiently and appropriately direct your enquiry for attention by our Principal or otherwise as necessary.
Paralegal
Joanne Collins
Joanne recently joined our Practice and is currently engaged as a Paralegal while she works towards her re-admission as a Solicitor.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Laws which she attained through Southern Cross University. She worked as a Solicitor in Lismore and in Queensland for six years from 2003 mainly concentrating in the area of conveyancing, where she attained much experience and competence.
After taking a break from the profession to have children in 2009 Joanne returned to her home town of Condobolin in 2012 and has now keen to resume a career in the law and achieve a good work/life balance.
Joanne will be focusing on all aspects of general practice.
